My very talented husband put together a beer dinner with a famous brewery out of Asheville, North Carolina called Wicked Weed Brewing. It was a five course meal and each meal was perfectly paired with a beer from the brewery. Tyler has actually done quite a few beer dinners in the past but I’ve never been able to attend any of them because of the kids. But luckily for me the parent-in-laws came into town that day. Tyler‘s mother does not drink beer at all so she was willing to watch the kids that night while my father-in-law and me headed to the dinner. Below I listed out each course and which beer it was paired with and y ’all that ice cream sandwich was crazy good! Tyler actually ended up using the oatmeal cookie recipe I have on the blog here just in case anyone may want to attempt this ice cream sandwich ha
