Bourbon - Infused Whipped Cream
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 ounces Bourbon of your Choice
Add all ingredients to a Mixing Bowl and Whisk on medium until you see stiff peaks form that do not fall from the whisk (approximately 5 minutes). This makes enough for quite a few cocktails, so you can use it for a couple days or for a group of people. You can also cut the recipe in half if you only want enough for a few drinks.
