Hi everyone! Back around Thanksgiving the family and I went to a Christmas tree farm to pick out a tree for Tyler's mom. Well...here the photos are...finally.  It was freezing cold that day and I was trying to capture photos from 4 very active children.  Trying to get the attention of kids is hard,
but add in cousins that don't get to see each other often enough and all under the age of 6 years old...that is a disaster waiting to happen lol. Out of the nearly 300 pictures I took I was able to keep only 40 of them. UGH! Even though it was hard to get them to sit still it was fun watching them all play and laugh and have a ball with each other.

I wanted the send Christmas Cards out this year, but holy moly, it cost a fortune for 5x7 paper.  After going to multiple sites and using discount codes it still was more than I wanted to pay for cards.  I decided that I was going to trying designing the cards myself and take them to a local printer.  Canva, a site that I use for designing my mood boards for the blog, is where I started. I used a blank 5x7 card and uploaded my pictures to the site and added it to the card.  Then I scrolled though all the fonts they offer for free and found exactly what I was looking for.  I wrote a small message on the back of the cards and saved the design.  I was going to download the design and go to the local print store but I realized I could order them through Canva.  It only costed $25, and that included free shipping and free envelopes for 25 cards... no discount codes needed!! If you still need to get your cards done this is a great way to go.
